    Rough Bush Pea

    Description
    1-2 m x 0.5-1.5 m shrub.

    Foliage
    Dark green wedge-shaped leaves 3-16 mm x 2-13 mm, midrib ending in short point, rough above, paler with loose hairs below. Stipules tiny.

    Flowers
    Bright orange Sept-Nov.

    Habitat
    Moist well drained soil in moist, occasionally dry, forests of mountain slopes. Moderately frost tolerant. Full sun to semi shade and dappled shade. Regenerates freely after fires.
