POLLINATOR DAY AND PERSIAN PICNIC

FreeA free family event at the Euroa Arboretum with the option to buy a Persian Picnic Lunch Box or BYO your own food. The day will be a combination of talks, displays, tours and crafty pollinator fun.

Make your own pollinator costume – a fun activity for kids & anyone else who would love to be a pollinator for the day.

Bees – getting to know our native bees and all about how honey bees pollinate plants
11.30 & 12.30 Grasslands Tour
1.30 pm Moths (Bertram Lobert tells you all about moths and their importance as pollinators)
2.30pm Pollinator costume parade.
Purchase a Persian Picnic Lunch Box Ticket
It’s a FREE Event and you may BYO your own lunch and snacks.
You can purchase a picnic box, one size for adult and child tickets.
Each Lunch Box feeds one person.
Food will include: Vegan and gluten free options available

Please book tickets so that we know how many are attending, get the craft supplies ready and order the picnic boxes.
Bring sturdy footwear for exploring the Arb,
The paths allow access for those with limited mobility. The picnic shelter provides cover, toilets are near by and there’s plenty to do and climb in the bush kinder area.
