Seed Collecting Workshop

Seed is a vital part of restoring local ecosystems. If you love the idea of working with native seed and contributing to landscape restoration in a unique way, this workshop is for you.

Hosted by the Euroa Arboretum, this event will help you to learn the key elements of seed collecting. You’ll get an idea of the whole process of working with native seed, from strong genes to the best processing techniques. You’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying plants and working with the seed of different species. Plus, you’ll meet like-minded people and learn how you can get involved in seed collecting efforts in the region.
