In 2025 Sarah moved from the Dandenong Ranges to a Trust for Nature covenanted property near Violet Town for a lifestyle change. Following the move, she started to make connections with other environmental enthusiasts and began volunteering at the Arb. Spending time with the knowledgeable and experienced team in the nursery has fuelled her growing interest in indigenous flora, waterways and land management. She is excited to turn this passion into action on the Bush Crew, and is looking forward to starting her studies in horticulture too. In her spare time Sarah will usually be found birdwatching, but she also enjoys bouldering, bike riding, watercolour painting and baking sourdough.
