If you’d like to join the fight against Common Mynas in the Strathbogie Ranges, we have 20 traps available for public use.
If you live within the Strathbogie Ranges or Strathbogie Shire, you are eligible to borrow a free Common Myna trap to help you control the Common Myna population in your area.
To ensure that everyone is able to access these traps, there is a limit of one trap per household, for a maximum time of one month per borrow.
These traps can be collected from the Euroa Arboretum during nursery opening hours on Mondays and Thursdays.
Please note a $20 deposit is required per trap borrowed, payable to the Euroa Arboretum upon collection of the trap. Visit Stop Mynas Strathbogie for full details and mapping information.
